These Terms of Use govern your use of Bound: Private Relationship. Bound is a private relationship app designed for couples who want a calmer place to stay connected.

Using Bound

You are responsible for the account you create, the information you provide, and the content you choose to upload or share through the app. Please keep your login details secure and use the app lawfully and respectfully.

Subscriptions

Bound currently offers one optional auto-renewable subscription on iOS: Bound Founder Membership. The subscription period is 1 month. The price is the amount shown in the app and in the App Store at the time of purchase.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the then-current price shown in the App Store.

Subscriptions can be managed and canceled in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of that trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

On iOS, purchases and billing are handled by Apple. Bound uses the purchase state returned by Apple and our billing provider to unlock premium functionality in the app. If you restore a prior eligible purchase, the related premium access should be made available again.

Acceptable use

You may not use Bound to break the law, harass or threaten someone, impersonate another person, share non-consensual intimate content, exploit another person, or upload abusive or harmful material.

You may not use the service in a way that interferes with the app, attempts to bypass security protections, or abuses invites, accounts, subscriptions, or infrastructure.

Relationship content and privacy

You keep responsibility for the content you create in Bound. Bound is designed as a private space for two people, not as a public social network.

Availability

Bound may change over time. Features may be added, removed, interrupted, or updated. The service may not always be available, and some parts of the experience may occasionally be limited by sync, offline access, or other technical constraints.

Intellectual property

Bound and its branding, software, site design, and original materials belong to the Bound team and its licensors. Using the app does not give you ownership of the service itself.

Suspension or termination

Bound may suspend or end access to the service if someone violates these terms, uses the service abusively, or creates safety, legal, or operational risk.

Plain-English disclaimer

Bound is provided as-is. We aim to make it useful and reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or right for every situation.

Bound is not a replacement for professional medical, mental health, legal, or crisis support. To the extent allowed by law, the Bound team is not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses arising from use of the service.

Your use of Bound is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how account information, relationship content, and operational data are handled.
